The team also addresses issues that are important to our values: ensuring we are Patient First and Accessible. In 2024, such alternatives saved close to INR 1.18 Crores for the network by re-engineering 53 products.

An in-house developed self-registration kiosk, Cerebro has handled over 500,000 self-check-ins. It not only enhanced the overall efficiency of patient care services, but also saved 7000 plus employee work hours and handled transactions worth millions.
