Book an Appointment
Use the LVPEI Connect app for a seamless booking experience. Here’s the step-by-step process:
- Register your mobile number on LVPEI Connect.
- Click on Book Appointment, and enter your details and mobile number.
- Choose the date and time for your tele-consultation session.
- Select location, speciality of care, doctor of choice and your mode of appointment.
- Confirm your appointment details.
You can also book an appointment directly via call. Contact an LVPEI Tertiary Centre closest to you.

Frequently asked questions
Yes, you can book a tele-consultation session through LVPEI Connect even if you are a first-time patient.
Ensure to add and upload all your details. Our doctor will go through your reports in our electronic medical record system and advise accordingly.
Tele-consultations for emergency situations are limited to recommending first-aid, life-saving measures, counselling, and referral advice.
For timely care, it is best to visit an LVPEI Centre closest to you.
The LVPEI Connect tele-consultation service is currently available from Monday to Saturday between 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
LVPEI Connect sessions typically last for 10-15 minutes. In some cases, the doctor may extend it further with your consent.
The cost for one session through LVPEI Connect is INR 400 (Rupees Four Hundred). Follow-up visits in the first week after an eye operation are free of cost.
LVPEI Connect does not cover comprehensive eye examinations.
If you are a follow-up patient already registered with LVPEI, the doctor will go through your reports in our electronic medical record system and advise you accordingly.
If you are a first-time patient with LVPEI, the doctor will refer to your previous medical records and offer advice based on your current eye condition. The doctor may also assess your condition via video call.
As of today, LVPEI Connect is only available in India. You may, however, avail the service if you’re currently residing in India or are visiting the country.
According to the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines of India, Indian doctors cannot provide tele-consultations to people located outside India.
