Our training network provides a wide range of educational opportunities, including over 50 on-site training programs, 30 continuing medical education programs, and regular continuing professional development initiatives annually. Global collaborations further enrich the learning experience through webinars, special lectures, and conferences, promoting knowledge exchange and innovation.

• Ophthalmology: Advanced training is offered through sub-specialty ophthalmology fellowships, and short-term skill development courses for practitioners and trainees apart from observerships and clinical rotations
• Optometry: The Academy provides an undergraduate program, fellowships, internships, a Diploma in Ophthalmic Techniques, a Post Graduate Diploma, and short-term skill development courses.
• Allied Health Professionals: Training programs are available for Ophthalmic Nurse Assistants, Vision Technicians, Rehabilitation Assistants, Operating Room Technicians, Biomedical and Equipment Maintenance Technicians, and Technical Assistants for Digital Education.
• Community Eye Health and Administration: Masters’, Diploma, and Certification programs are offered in community eye health and administration.
• Specialized Areas: Training is also provided in Low Vision & Rehabilitation and Eye Banking.
