LVPEI’s Mithu Tulsi Chanrai (MTC) Campus , Bhubaneswar, Odisha, has been recognized as the Best Performing NGO for Eye Care services in the district for 2023-24, under the National Programme for Control of Blindness and Visual Impairment (NPCB&VI).
