International Nurses Day 2024: Honouring Our Dedicated Nurses

LVPEI celebrated International Nurses Day across its network on May 11th to honour and thank our nurses for their invaluable contributions to healthcare, marking the birth anniversary of Florence Nightingale on May 12th. Their expertise and compassion are crucial for promoting health, preventing illness, and delivering holistic care. Our nursing staff and students participated in various activities, including a blood donation drive organized at the Mithu Tulsi Chanrai campus in Bhubaneswar. They celebrated this day by reaffirming their commitment by taking the nurses’ oath, performing skits, dancing, and more. We are proud of our team of 359 nurses and 120 nursing students serving across LVPEI’s network of tertiary and secondary centres.
