Biography
Archana Bhargava is a graduate from King George’s Medical College, Lucknow, and pursued her postgraduate training in general medicine from the National Board, New Delhi. She has over 35 years of experience and has worked in both the government and private sectors in the capacity of medical officer, AMC in charge, and consultant physician.
At present, Dr Bhargava heads the Internal Medicine Department at LVPEI’s Kallam Anji Reddy Campus in Hyderabad. Managing medical emergencies is her forte. She has vast experience in diabetology, cardiology, nephrology, hematology, rheumatology & treatment of TB and HIV.
She is chairperson of the CPR committee at LVPEI and is actively involved in the institute’s teaching & training programs. She participates actively in treating cases of ocular TB, ocular syphilis, and Ethambutol-induced optic neuropathy.
