Biography
Niranjan Kumar completed his graduation in Mathematics, Economics and Statistics, and his post-graduation in Personnel Management from Osmania University. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from the University of Hyderabad.
Niranjan currently heads the Primary Eye Care Network at the L V Prasad Eye Institute. Previously, he served as the Project Administrator for the construction of the Velamati Sowbhagyavatamma Patient Care Building at the Kallam Anji Reddy Campus of L V Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad.
Niranjan has held several roles, including Operations Head for India Vision Institute (a joint initiative of LVPEI and BHVI), Centre Head at the Apollo Clinic in Hitech City (Apollo Hospitals Group), Executive Assistant to the CEO of Maytas Infra Private Limited, Junior Administrator in the Director’s Office and Patient Care Administrator at L V Prasad Eye Institute.
He has four publications to his credit in peer-reviewed journals.
An alumnus of the Public Policy Program for Executives at Vision India Foundation, Rashtram School of Public Leadership, Rishihood University. He is also a member of the Technical Committee for the Accreditation Program for Vision Centres at Orbis International. He has completed the Assessor Training Course for the Vision Centre Accreditation Programme conducted by the Quality and Accreditation Institute, India.
Niranjan enjoys travelling & listening to music.
